Arboricultural Impact Assessments are a mandatory requirement for all construction works that impact trees in any way. They show the location, crown spread, root ball spread and required interventions and location for these interventions before any works can take place. Failure to produce and comply with these protection plans may result in large fines and a possible site shut-down. It is much better to seek advice from a professionally qualified tree inspector before any work taking place, during the planning process, to avoid such set backs.
